"A Stroll in Shcokoe Slip""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""Journey's End"

"The effect of light on my subjects has always captivated me - the late day sun glimmering on the water like tiny jewels, the majesty of golden light on towering cumulus clouds and billowing sails and the soft illumination and shadow that velvets the misty morning landscape. It is the magic of creating light on canvas that I've pursued for a lifetime."

"Quilting Together""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""Winter Dawn"

Pat Moss in her art and in her life seems to "speak" a language that ordinary folks are able to understand. Talent, determination, intelligibility, a little luck, and lots of caring are all parts of the Moss phenomenon. These are the attributes that constitute Moss' life and fill her art. For many who know her work and are familiar with her life and her upbeat philosophy, she truly is "THE PEOPLE'S ARTIST".

Beki Killorin

"Valley Sentry""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""Blush of Dawn II"

Beki Killorin, a native Oklahoman, received most of her training in art in her home state. Oils, inks, mixed media and watercolors have been the cornerstone of her artistic growth, through the years she developed her skills in these media and gained national recognition in the area of museums, galleries and sales. In 1983, she took a major step into intaglio printmaking. The technical challenge of this medium, combined with her already well-defined skills as a professional artist, have provided a positive venue for printmaking as a full time career. Today her etchings and watercolors are represented by galleries both nationally and abroad.

In 1987, Beki and her husband relocated to the Pacific Northwest where she produces paintings and hand colored prints. Her style brings a contemporary look to familiar subjhects, imbuing birds, flowers and other images of the natural world with a unique life and spirit. Each work receives her special imprint...a small red dot that precedes her signature. It is an acknowledgement of God's ever-present and lasting love and an affirmation of the wonder of His creation

"Moored"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""Hull Reflections"

"As an artist raised in the Midwest, the natural beauty of the coastal shoreline has always intrigued and amazed me. I particularly like the early morning and afternoon light, which enhance the colors, creating unique and interesting reflections and shadows. Through the years I have focused on developing my work and style to capture that beauty. I mainly work with enlarged images with careful planning of the shapes, light and dark patterns, and the colors. I strive to blend the fine nuances of color, texture and shapes to create an image that draws the viewer to a pleasant experience".
